3rd review from the 2nd Wash Series – Unfortunately not everything is a banger 😐 I think this jar was a little to late to the table this time around. Soil Built has an impressive IG that stays very active with what is going on in current production. Their page is slammed with content to look at 👀 Highly reccomend giving Soil Built a try if you can ever get your hands on it 😃 This review is about their 2nd wash Rosin which is priced significantly lower than 1st pull stuff. It’s always nice to have some bargain stuff to kick around the block every once in awhile.
Apricot Cream Pie wasn’t a strain I was was seeking out but more of an available option at the time. After spending some time with it, I have to say I’m kind of disappointed 😞 The little terps for flavor and smell that came through were just not enough for this jar. This Rosin wasn’t dry but definitely on its way in that direction. The little flavors I got out of this did have a fruity aroma to them! The dab had to be on the lowest settings of 505 degrees F to really taste anything. Above that temp and it was just straight Hash Rosin flavor. I’m fairly certain I could pick out Apricot as a flavor in a line up, but when it comes to this Rosin I think it’s just too subtle (at least in the 2nd wash) to taste. There was zero flavors of cream cake or gelato or anything close to the Strawberry Cream Cake jar. Maybe the 1st wash jar was more flavorful but this one straight missed the mark 🎯
This is a jar I’ll pass on for sure next time. This will be getting my lowest rating to date with a 4.20 score. If you blind gave this to me – straight up I would just say this taste like good Hash. Will give the 1st pull jar a test next time.
