Strain Review: Platinum Purple from Releaf Health
I was kinda worried that I had lost my notes and pictures of this stuff. @releafhealthcannabis was a nice little discovery for me, so I definitely want to make sure they don’t fall through the cracks. I really liked reviewing their Allen Wrench, and this Platinum Purple is just as good for the indica lovers.

I wanna start by FULLY recommending the dispensary itself. The pricing is super affordable and competitive, but the weed also comes in glass jars that really up the professionalism. They carry some decent bowl-topper hash and budget rosin for solventless edibles and broke boi dabs. It’s the little things that separate dispensaries and make them special.
Also, it’s important for us to support the few dispensaries and cannabis businesses that are owned by black people and people of color in general (S/O @clubskyhigh_pdx as well, if you’re in NoPo). The nugs are fucking huge. Two nugs in a 4 gram eighth huge. They’re trimmed tight and not super sticky, but they’re cured quite well. They don’t honestly look like much from a distance, but up close you can see the pale purple hues and subtle frost that covers these things.
The smoke was surprisingly smooth, and had a subtle sweetness to it, even through my massive beaker. The nose had your standard sweet dough notes with some hard candy notes underneath.
The effects are what made this notable for me. I asked for the munchiest strain they had, and I firmly believe I got it. This shit had me giggling my ass off, eating anything in sight. This is that Netflix and chill weed.
