With Hot Mints always being a classic go to strain from Jungleboys, I was interested to see how this batch fared. Boasting a modest total sum of cannabinoids reading at 36.95%. Upon opening I instantly received a memorable aroma displaying an infusion of creamy and minty notes alongside a light floral Kush and Cookies earthiness with faint sweet undertones. The buds were of a medium to hard density and had a hybrid structure.
They were a shade of light green, alongside minimal rustic pistils, enriched in glistening trichomes.
Upon inhaling my palate was overcome by notes translating from the smell, delivering a faintly sweet, floral creamy earthiness alongside lightly non intrusive minty undertones. The tasty of this mildly sweet refreshing earthiness was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light grey, alongside an instantaneous oozing resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean.
To conclude, I overall found Hot Mints to deliver its simple but enjoyable lineage effectively, smoking perfectly and ticking most boxes, ultimately secure this highly scored review. With no real dialling in required, Hot Mints will easily remain a classic staple of Jungleboy’s lineup, catering to enthusiasts of classic strains.
