Aroma-
British Delight has a very funky and pungent profile. It’s a refreshing nose that’s dank and carries heavy notes of some type of funky cheese. When broken apart the aroma becomes even funnier and more pungent, and the nugs create a sticky experience. broken down it smells like earthy perfume mixed with that funky pungent cheese. Overall a beautiful aroma that’s unique and delightful.
Taste-
The flavor profile on British Delight is very fresh, earthy, floral, and sweet. The funkiness and pungency gets lost in the flavor which was a nice difference from the aroma. The exhale and aftertaste is very floral and terpy, even in big hits. The lung expansion on this strain is powerful, and the exhale is smooth with no harshness.
Effects-
British Delights effects are pretty versatile but most ideal for midday/late afternoon smoking. Starting with the body high, it’s very soothing and relaxing and after taking a hit it had me sit back on the couch, but after a few minutes I was able to gather the energy to be productive. The body high is relaxing and tranquil but it’s not sedating so it won’t completely put you out of function. For the head high, it feels like I have a headband on that’s creating a relaxing pressure throughout the whole head. The eye pressure is definitely noticeable but it’s not super droopy. The mental high is euphoric and calming, slowing thoughts down while still providing a great amount of function.
Overall I really recommend this strain from Wizard Trees. This was my second time smoking this strain and it has earned its spot in my Wizard Trees cops. From the fresh, funky, and floral aroma and clean, fresh, and floral taste, to the outstanding euphoric and tranquil high, British Delight was an outstanding smoke and with that said, I’m grading British Delight at a 86%. This was my first review since I picked up from Zalyimpcs, so expect a lot of reviews coming soon for some outstanding strains I found at the event. Cheers 💨
