Magazine Review: Tripper Cannabis Travel Guide
From the land of federally legal cannabis, I bring you the perfect Toronto cannabis travel guide. Whenever I visit Toronto, I can smell the weed in the air and there’s a weed shop on every corner. It’s a pot lovers dream, especially if you’re coming from a jurisdiction that doesn’t have a framework legal retail cannabis.
This is where Tripper becomes your ultimate cannabis travel guide, with the inaugural edition covering the city of Toronto. With walkable neighbourhoods, parks everywhere and more weed dispensaries than Tim Horton’s, Toronto has much to offer the cannabis lover. Best enjoyed in fair weather (in my opinion as a Canadian) there’s still plenty to do in the colder months.
The magazine is filled with beautiful photos, artwork and written pieces from familiar names like Ann Allchin, author of Butter & Flower, Stoned and a past guest on Bite Me The Show About Edibles. The magazine contains built in choose-your-own-adventures, off the beaten path art installations, cool graffiti finds, dispensary recommendations and is printed in a quality, ad free publication.
“Tripper is a travel magazine for the wanderers, the weedheads, and the canna-curious. I’m Amanda Breeze, your local tour guide to the world’s cannabis friendly destinations.”
Amanda has extensive experience in the cannabis industry starting out over a decade ago trimming flower in the Humbolt, California. A native of Toronto, she’s your expert guide to finding the spots not recommended in your typical tourist guide. This edition of Tripper is the first of a series of cannabis travel guides, next stop Alberta.
If you’re thinking of making a trip to Toronto, Tripper makes the perfect travel companion and will fit nicely into your day bag or luggage. I brought my copy on my last day trip to Toronto and had a blast.
