2025 Leaf Bowl by California Leaf Magazines Event Recap
This year I pulled up to the @californialeafmag Leaf Bowl event in Richmond, and it honestly felt more like a community kickback than a typical industry event. From the second we got there, it was all smooth. Even though they warned access might be tough, we showed up 30 minutes late, parked with no problem, and got in instantly. Probably the easiest event check-in I’ve ever experienced. No lines, no chaos—just good energy.
2025 California Leaf Bowl Recap
Everything was spaced out clean, no overcrowding, and it had a chill, open layout that let the brands really shine. I started the day with @jettyextracts and @mavengeneticsinsider —me and my girl took a dab of their newest drop, and a bong hit great way to set the tone. Then we stopped by @trueclassicog_official and got laced with real OG history. The homie running the booth solo held it down and still made every interaction feel personal.
Linked with @headyheads and got blessed heavy—shoutout to my guy looking out. @sensiseeds.official had some heat for my next run, and @agoldenstate brought out real fire too. @woodwidehighcraft came through with something brand new to me, and it hit different. @snowtillofficial for that Gary Payton they need to drop!
What made this event special was the people—every booth, every interaction felt like fam. I’m not a big talker, but even for someone lowkey like me, the vibes were welcoming. Everyone showed love without ego or pressure. Just real ones vibing over fire flower and good convo.
The view of SF from the venue was beautiful, weather was perfect, and it made the whole experience feel even more dope. Big shoutout to everyone who showed love—vendors, growers, smokers, content heads, all of it.
Definitely looking forward to hitting more events like this, building my palette, meeting more real ones, and continuing to grow in this culture. Leaf Bowl set the bar high.
