Aroma~
Double Bubble has a super impressive aroma that I’m sure anybody will enjoy. When you open the jar a super intoxicating candy profile comes out that has notes of funk and purp with light hints of tropical vibes. The smell is very consistent and gets louder as you keep smelling. When I broke down the flower the same aroma is there but it’s intensified with a crazy sharp profile. Amazing smell.
Flavor~
Double Bubbles flavor profile is very smooth and sweet with some light floral notes. The aftertaste left a light funky smell on my lips which I enjoyed. The smoke is very smooth on the lungs but still expands them pretty well. If the sweetness was a little more distinguishable it could’ve been a perfect flavor, but still very impressive.
Effects~
This strain has a really good high. Seconds after my first bong hit I’m put into a state of deep relaxation. My body was instantly in a mode that wanted me to unwind. The body high is most noticeable in the legs with a semi numb feeling. The head high slows my motor down which is perfect for sleeping or kicking back and watching a movie while giving my eyes that classic squinted stoned feeling. Even though it was very relaxing, I was still able to be productive after my first couple of hits, but once I started to take bigger bowls that heaviness overpowers.
Overall~
Double Bubble is another hit from Poundcake’s Farms and I recommend trying this if you haven’t. The aroma was beautiful with that sharp funky candy, and the effects are felt really good. Maybe the only thing I could see improving would be the transition in the flavor from aroma. Overall this now is my favorite strain from Poundcake’s and they really have been impressing me this year. 94% grade for this strain!
