Next to review from the World Is Yours Exotics brand is another flower from their Ice Kulfi lineup, this time being Lemon, a cross between the mouthwatering Gelonade and potent Do-si-dos. With the continued branding referencing an iced dairy dessert originating from Central Asia. Upon opening I was instantly greeted by a masked scent of Gelonade, delivering a zesty lemon earthiness with notes of pine, alongside a creamy and slight nutty earthiness. The buds were of a medium to hard density and had a hybrid structure, with noticeable traits of Gelonade.
They were a shade of light green, alongside minimal short rustic pistils and covered in a thick layer of trichomes. Upon inhaling my palate was instantly overcome by notes translating from the smell, delivering a faintly nutty and chemical earthiness, with zesty lemon and pine undertones. The taste of this earthy dominant Gelonade was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of medium to light grey, alongside an instantaneous leaking and oozing resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean.
To conclude, I overall found Lemon Ice Kulfi to deliver an earthy dominant Gelonade, exhibiting its Do-Si-Dos lineage effectively. Despite the Gelonade being slightly subdued to my personal liking, it smoked pleasantly well, ticking most boxes and with some further dialling in, can only be further improved and remain a distinctive staple of WIYE’s Kulfi Ice lineup, catering especially for enthusiasts of Do-Si-Dos strains with a little added flavour.
