When it comes to The Shodan, there’s really not much if anything negative I can say about it. This is genuinely some good smoke. Malibu, a small-batch, living soil cultivator out in California, and they are absolutely killing it.
The Shodan had that classic Zkittlez bag appeal so not necessarily the prettiest flower. It had a solid amount of trichomes and stigmas, with green and purple hues. The nose had a zkittlez forward smell with a subtle citrusy lemon that makes ya instantly wanna roll one up. The flavor translated perfectly with a nice balance between the crosses, with the Zkittlez slightly edging out the Lemon Tree in a way that I really liked. What stood out the most to me, though, was how smooth it was. The flavor lasted for the most part all the way through the doink, and it burned great with white ash that had a very stable structure, I’m pretty sure I could’ve dangled the doink out the car window without it ashing itself. The high was just right, too with a relaxing but not overwhelming high exactly the kind of vibe I look for. Shoutout to Malibu this was my first time trying their flower, and it definitely won’t be the last. I’m already eyeing another jar of The Shodan while I still can. This one’s 100% worth the pickup.
