Having enjoyed a majority of Rare Exotics lineup, I was interested in seeing how this unique fairly old school release fared. With the branding maintaining an oriental theme. Upon opening I received a Sherbet dominant floral and earthy infusion, displaying notes of musk with hints of rubber, alongside distant blueberry and grape undertones, overall smelling similar to Doja’s Purple Dino as a reference. The buds were of a hard density and had a hybrid structure.

They were a shade of medium green, with hues of dark purple, alongside minimal messy rustic pistils and enriched in trichomes. Upon inhaling my palate was instantly overcome by notes translating from the smell, delivering a gentle Sherbet dominant earthiness with floral and creamy undertones, complemented by mildly sweet notes of blueberries. The taste of this well balanced sweet Sherbet earthiness was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of very light grey, alongside an instantaneous oozing resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean.

To conclude, although with the crosses in question not being anything too exciting, I overall found Bodhi Tree to deliver its lineage effectively, delivering a creamy and floral earthiness with added sweet notes of blueberry. It smoked well, ticking most boxes and with a some further dialling in required, can remain a good choice for enthusiasts of Shebert strains.
