From enjoying a majority of flowers from World Is Yours Exotics, I was excited to see how their organic living soil rendition of Original Z fared, cultivated by Skrilly The Kid. With the branding referencing a popular Indian sweet syrup and ice treat. Upon opening I was instantly greeted by a familiar scent of Zkittles, displaying a floral creaminess with sweet cherries, accompanied by a unique tangy infusion of sour grapefruit and light zesty notes of lime, alongside a pungent gassiness with traits of caramelised onions and menthol. The buds were of a soft to medium density, having a typical Zkittlez structure.

They were a shade of light golden green with uncommon hues of purple, alongside messy rustic pistils and absolutely showered in trichomes. Upon inhaling, my palate was instantly overcome by notes of tangy and sour grapefruit with lightly sweetened cherries, accompanied by a gentle earthy gas with strong traits of caramelised onions and a hint of menthol. The taste of this sour and zesty gassy sweetness was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced soft, fluffy ash being a shade of light grey, alongside an instantaneous leaking and oozing resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean.

To conclude, I overall found Rainbow Ice Gola to deliver an enjoyably unique variation of Zkittles, delivering a gassier rendition with noticeable traits of caramelised onions, opposed to the usual floral and creamy profile from Terphogz, tasting reminiscent of Bay Flavas Zalenciaga as a reference. With a little further dialling in RIG can be further improved and remain a strong Zkittles staple to WIYE’s lineup.
