With P90 being one of Blueprint’s highly rated flowers, I was excited to see how it fared. With the branding referencing an advanced powerful sub machine gun. Upon opening, I instantly received a pungent infusion of Skunk, Gelato and Gorilla Glue, exhibiting traits of hazelnut, chemicals and menthol, with sour diesel undertones. The buds were of a medium to hard density and had a hybrid structure. They were a shade of light green with sporadic hues of blue and violet, behind an almost white shimmer of shining trichomes, alongside very minimal short rustic pistils.
Upon inhaling my palate was instantly overcome by notes translating from the smell, delivering a pungent Gelato earthiness with creamy and hazelnut traits, alongside notes of Gorilla Glue completed by unexpected faintly sweet and floral undertones. The taste of this gassy floral creamy earthiness was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of very light grey, alongside an instantaneous oozing and leaking resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean.
To conclude, although not being an enthusiast of Gorilla Glue, I overall found P90 to deliver its lineage effectively, leaning more towards the Gelato 41 lineage and exhibiting an unexpected but much welcomed floral sweetness. With minimal dialling in required, P90 will easily remain a popular staple of Blueprint’s lineup, staying in the top 3 alongside their Triple Lindy and Chef.
