Black Rainbow Piss creates a funky aroma that is very complex so at first it’s hard to grasp exactly what I am smelling. Once the scents settle on the nose, notes of earthy pine come in with a very subtle sweet sherbet aroma. When I broke open the nugs, a smell came out that reminded me of Michaels (the supply store) during Christmas season. I also was getting hints of chicken broth while breaking the eighth apart which added some unique funkiness. The nugs were very fresh and broke down perfectly. It could’ve been a little more loud, but not bad at all. Overall a different aroma that will sure add some diversity to your smokes.
The flavor profile is sour, kushy, earthy, and pine. I tasted a sour OG Kush cut and a very light drop of sweetness from the RS11. I truly believe the flavors could have been more apparent and terpy.
Just like its aroma the high is complex as well. It starts off more as a hybrid buzz with some light euphoria and good motivation for day smoking, but then later, turning into a heavier high that wanted me to sit back and unwind. The head high is pretty strong with a blank like feeling that had me zoned out, so I wouldn’t say it’s the most ideal for working but great for slowing down the mind. Towards the end of the high, I felt some sedation come on which made this strain ideal for later in the day or night.
To conclude I wouldn’t say this strain was super surprising or amazing, but it definitely did not disappoint me. I really enjoyed the holiday like aroma with that earthy pine smell and the soothing unfocused mental high with relaxing body effects. With that said, I think this strain could have done a little more in all of its characteristics, but definitely has extreme potential. Let me know if you have tried this strain before. Cheers 💨
