Salazar Live Rosin Review

While we’d all like to consume nothing but the headiest, most exclusive and expensive h a s h all the time, most of us lack the funds and/or constant access to such delicacies. That conundrum leads to a pursuit that true connoisseurs know and appreciate, which is the quality-price-ratio, or QPR. Products like the @the verdant leaf live ros:n reviewed here make tasty solventless batters accessible to the working man. It’s Business Class flavor at Coach price. Great QPR (and it is a QPR rockstar) aside, we call this a gateway ro$in because the price point makes this accessible to consumers who may be stuck in the hydrocarbon world due to price. We’d love to see BH-No disappear from the landscape, so making clean solventless material affordable for a larger consumer base is a mission near and dear to us.
So what’s it like? Color is a medium khaki, while the consistency is saucy and thin. The nose goes Fuel/Floral/Fruit/Sweet with notes of super glue, bubblegum, orange, pine, jasmine and citrus blossom, among others. Flavor is where it really starts punching above its class, though, and low temp is where the magic happens. Lime, orange, green apple candy, honeydew melon, pine and jasmine are all present with minor gas notes beneath. Higher temperatures boosted the fuel, but at the expense of the fruity complexity. As far as effects go, we found a lot of balance, smoothness and predictability in a 70/30 head-leaning package. It’s not overly sedative and provides a noticeable mood boost. If you’re looking to ball on a budget, this is pretty hard to beat.
