Bangerang Cannabis Cultivar (“Strain”) Review
Appearance: Gorgeous purple and green buds with orange stigmas and silver blankets of trichomes give us what we’ve come to expect from this farm—peak trichome ripeness/coverage, bud maturity, cure and condition when you break the seal.
Aroma: Fuel/Earth/Fruit is the order here. If “Savory” was a category this would win it. The fuel element is akin to shoe polish in the jar, but shifts to a sweet diesel or kerosene after grinding. Dark earth and savory seasoning, not unlike a bucket of KFC, are constant. Tropical fruit notes of papaya and mango provide additional complexity.
Flavor: Dough and gas define the flavor profile early on. They come through with savory herbs, pepper and light tropical fruit. As you reach a midpoint, it slides into a citrus, black tea, herb and cedar presentation. Lemon Snapple + herbs.
Experience: Effects start before consumption ends. It’s quick. It’s also really enjoyable. Despite its tendency to accelerate, it does so very smoothly and peaks on the strong side of moderate intensity. Anxiety melts and mood is boosted. Head and body remain in predictable balance, making this a good choice for low key social engagements and evenings in.
