With this review, we introduce a new farm to our audience. #knownot isn’t new to the game, however, and Oregon connoisseurs may recognize the name from r o s i n collabs with @community.or and @kalya.oregon The important thing to know is that this farm is putting out some very high end, organically grown, full-term flower, as evidenced by this debut offering. KNOWNOT Sherbanger Cannabis Cultivar (“Strain”) Review
Appearance: These slightly dark, relatively dense nugs feature a mix of light and dark greens, purple and rose. Trichome coverage is moderate, while integrity is high. Ripeness indicators are all there and the trim is solid.
Aroma: Complexity is really high. Sweet elements include cake batter, melted ice cream & Sweet Tarts. There’s a gas note that rides the cake and ice cream. Rose petals, jasmine, orange blossom and soap give floral dimension. Cantaloupe, honeydew and citrus are there, along with dust and pine. Sweet/Floral/Fruit/Fuel/Earth
Flavor: Fruit/Fuel/Sweet/Earth/Floral is our profile. It starts with sweet, gassy, dough notes, rubber and pepper, with key lime and strawberry lemonade coming in shortly after lighting. New flavors come and go throughout the first half: Green banana, fresh mint, latex glove, pine mulch, starburst candy and tropical blossoms. It settles into a super Sherby profile for the final stretch. It’s like ice cream, but has a brightness like sorbet.
Experience: Very high marks. She’s a quick hitter with a lot of power. The face gets it first, followed by a full blanketing of the body. It’s got that warm hum and energy that we associate with fully (sun) ripened resin. The initial wave lasts pretty close to an hour and the secondary effects are good for at least 2-3 more after that. We found it to be super relaxing, mood lifting, cerebrally balanced and social.
