Bosky Sour Diesel Cannabis Cultivar (“Strain”) Review
⸻
Aroma: 2/5
Cracked it and instantly knew — this ain’t the Sour D my pops talked about. Real Sour was called diesel for a reason. This was sweet lemon, maybe a little peel and gas at the end, but zero skunk, zero funk. Modernized terp, more candy Runtz energy than NYC subway fumes.
Break Down: 4/5
Can’t lie, Bosky killed the structure. Dense nugs, super frosty, trimmed with love. Sticky but rolled up perfect. They always come with the A-grade finish, even if the terp was off.
Taste: 3/5
Smooth smoke. Sweet lemon inhale, some gas on the backend, but no diesel bite. No real terp funk that hangs on your tongue. Clean burn, white ash, just light on the flavor you expect from “Sour D.”
High: 2.5/5
Caught a light buzz — functional, mellow, short-lived. Didn’t hit like the % said. Felt like a decent daytime strain, but if you heard the hype or remember real Sour, this’ll feel like a watered-down memory.
Duration: 2.5/5
35–40 min max. Not trash, just underwhelming. Expected to be zonked, but it was more of a smooth fade. No paranoia, no slap — just chillin’.
Overall: 2.5/5
It’s not a bad smoke, it’s just not Sour Diesel. More like Lemon Candy Diesel. Bosky grows gas, this just wasn’t that gas. If this was called “Lemon Runtz Fuel” or something else, I wouldn’t be as let down. But calling it Sour Diesel puts weight on it — legacy weight. And this one didn’t carry that torch
