Cultivar Review: Guava Gift by Alpenglow Farms
There’s no shortage of things to love about our culture, but a good collaboration has got to be one of our favorites. In the case of this cultivar and review, we see the imprint of some of our favorite breeders (@biovortex @bodhiseeds @kushkirk2.1 & more) meet the capable and loving hands of a legacy cultivator. The results are quite dank.

Guava Gift Cannabis Cultivar (“Strain”) Review
Appearance: A close look shows very heavy trichome coverage with high integrity (intact heads). The trim is tight, accurate and clean. All maturity indicators are on point and the tactile feel is solid.
Aroma: Fruit/Sweet/Earth/Floral/Fuel. Guava, mango, orange blossoms, pepper, furniture polish, honeysuckle, lacquer, fresh sawdust and pineapple whip were all noted during our assessment. Grinding brings pine and solvent notes to the fore.
Flavor: Complexity remains high on the palate. Mango, fruit punch, wood, mulch, pepper, cherry cough drops, ethanol…fruit and earth flavors dominate, with sweet, fruit and floral notes in the background.
Experience: All of that beauty, aroma and flavor sets the stage for a fantastic experience. Guava Gift hits hard, usually before you even finish consuming. It can be strong, but maintains beautiful levels of balance and clarity that make it a very useful tool for active consumers. All that goodness lasts a long time too, with the primary effects lingering well over an hour for our panel.
