Off the Charts CEO Norman Yousif brags about not paying mom and pops; thinks it’s “so cool”
Norman Yousif, CEO of Off the Charts, OTC Valley in Sherman Oaks has been featured in a leaked video which shows him bragging about not paying mom and pop licensees in the cannabis space. Norman Yousif is also one of the owners behind the new private cannabis lounge Private Reserve which is opening beside Off the Charts.
In response to this blatant flaunting that they’ve successfully helped kill mom and pops in the cannabis industry by not paying invoices, the cannabis industry is calling for a boycott of Off the Charts Valley in Sherman Oaks, CA.
The video of Norman Yousif talking shit about “fucking mom and pops” first appeared on Blacklistxyz, but was taken off without full explanation as Big Reds Farm noted. The video still exists and is very much making its rounds right now for obvious reasons. People are upset that of this blatant admittance of not paying invoices even if he pays some of them now – because Yousif isn’t the only morally unscrupulous CEO that is doing this. Screwing over smaller licensees in favor of multi state operators (MSOs) is part of a well worn page from the playbook.

You know what’s so cool? When the truth comes out, people respond. The cannabis industry needs to clean house. Scumbags don’t deserve to be in this space.
