The flavor is subtle and mild, and the effects are potent and in my opinion quite uplifting and energetic. On an average day, a full dropper is a great addition to a morning coffee (or mimosa, I don’t judge)
Personally, this oil has been quite helpful on days that I’m on a low. I simply just double my average day dose.
