Fig Farms Blue Face Cannabis Cultivar (“Strain”) Review

Blue Face has a complex aroma that’s both gassy, earthy, and starchy, with rich, creamy undertones and a hint of funk. There’s also a subtle woodiness and even a touch of rubber in the scent. Upon breaking it down, the earthy, gassy, and funky notes become sharper and richer, with distinct blueberry-like undertones—almost as if the plant was grown near blueberry bushes.
On the inhale, Blue Face delivers a gassy, earthy, rich, and creamy profile with a starchy quality. The exhale brings out sharp, gassy, earthy diesel notes, along with those blueberry-like hints that linger in the background. The joint burns clean with white ash, and the thick smoke provides good lung expansion. The high is euphoric, relaxing, sedating, and spacey.
It starts with a slight pressure in the head, creating an airy, light sensation. The effects settle behind and around the eyes, making them feel low and heavy. A tingly sensation spreads through the body, relaxing muscles and inducing a deep sense of calm.
Mentally, it clears the mind and helps with anxiety, though it also creates a spacey feeling—I kept losing my train of thought while writing this review. Overall, Blue Face is a heavy-hitting strain, best suited for nighttime use. It’s perfect for winding down after work or smoking before bed, delivering a deeply relaxing and sedative experience. Overall rating 8.9
