Next to review from Zaba Cannabis is their Bubblegum Zkittlez, consisting of two great candy strains. With the branding displaying a colourful design, referencing its Zkittlez genetics. Upon opening I was instantly greeted by an infusion of strawberry and cherry bubblegum notes alongside a Cookie earthiness with notes of fuel, vanilla and faint menthol. The buds were of a hard density and had a hybrid structure.
They were a shade of medium green with hues of dark purple, alongside very minimal short rustic pistils, covered in an almost white thick coat of trichomes. Upon inhaling my palate was instantly overcome by notes translating from the smell, delivering a subtle but delicious bubblegum candy essence, consisting of cherries, plums and strawberries alongside a Cookie and Gelato creamy earthiness with light traits of fuel.
Tasting like a perfected Bubblegum Poppers or Elephant 41 as a reference. The taste of this bubblegum creamy earthiness was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light grey, smoking both smooth and tasting clean.
To conclude, I overall found Bubblegum Zkittlez to deliver a delicious and enjoyable subtle bubblegum Gelato profile, exhibiting its lineage effectively. It smoked pleasantly well, ticking all boxes and with no real dialling in required, will remain a great staple of the Zaba’s lineup.
