Payton’s Pie #4 Cannabis Cultivar (“Strain”) Review
⸻
Aroma: 3.5/5
Jar opened with a clean pie crust type sweetness. Not overly loud but had a smooth, doughy presence with some gas under it. Real fresh smell — nothing artificial or perfumed.
⸻
Break Down: 4/5
Snapped right with a lil stick. No grinder needed, broke up perfect by hand. Trim was proper, no larf, felt like the cure was dialed in just right. No shake, no stemmy fluff.
⸻
Taste: 3.5/5
That classic Colorado flavor. Light creamy inhale, hint of dough and burnt sugar on the back end. Didn’t bite, didn’t choke. Just a clean smoke from start to finish. Held flavor to the end. Definitely leaves a savory flavor on your tongue after.
⸻
High: 4/5
Got me real mellow. Body got heavy, felt it in my arms and back — but didn’t crash me out. Just leveled me. Mind stayed smooth, no racing, just full relaxed mode. Sat in silence for a minute without even realizing it.
⸻
Duration: 3.5/5
Stayed active for a solid hour. Never dropped off fast. Could chill off one blunt easy — didn’t need to chase the high.
⸻
Overall: 3.5/5
No gimmicks. Just solid flower. Clean burn, proper cure, and the type of high you feel in your body but stay aware. Definitely would pick this up again. Peppery finish love it not overdone forgot to include this but definitely a sleeper terpene I haven’t been seeing a lot of.
