Im gonna call this a ‘part timer’ [[IFYKYK LOL]] since it’s the only time I’ve ever bought a single jar of a producer. It was a reccomendation from homie ✊️I knew nothing about HOC except that they have a shit ton of followers on IG, a shit ton of content, and come HIGHLY coveted. Est in 2009 you can call these boys heavy hitters for sure. This is long past learning how to make hash and Rosin – This is exploring and crafting an art form at this point. If their stuff is anything like this jar, I’m very excited for the future.
OK…I’m gonna be 99 with you. The only taste and terp profile I can really compare this to is the Mafia Melts, ‘Garlic Cocktail’…and that’s more than likely going to be in my top 1 or 2 jars of the year. Like GOAT shit 🐐 <I could keep going on and on about that studd – Piff Nation, can’t give enough praise right there>. Now you know where I’m coming from when I do this review. ‘Garlic Juice’ has the classic garlic terps that stings the nose BUT has foreign terps to me 🤔 and I had to pull out my handy Mission Melts tasting grid to really pinpoint things. I landed on FUNK: somewhere between hot trash and BO. Very straightforward smell that is very unique. You could pick this smell out easily in a line up. Dabs were really close to HOT TRASH 🗑 and BO flavor. The taste more closely reminded me of the terps than the smell did [if that makes sense?] I don’t usually talk about potency either on reviews but this stuff got me super ripped. Really fucking ripped man 👀
This stuff is fireeee 🔥 fucking knockout man. Flavor + nose + punch = ‘Garlic Juice’. We’re going with a 8.9 score here. I REALLY look forward to the next jar I can grab from these guys. It’s super limited so we’ll see what happens. I saw someone else had some of this strain but it was just straight bubble hash 😮
