Edible Review: Banjorine Dream Live Rosin Fizz by Sheesh Hash Soda
Sheesh Hash Soda has been on the market for a while now but up until recently it was difficult to get your hands on. Which was disappointing because it has long been one of my favourites. But when a preferred local dispensary restocked, I made sure to pick up some cans.
Sheesh was one of the first beverages on the market to utilize hash rosin as the active ingredient and I can say without hesitation that the difference is noticeable. A longer lasting high that comes on quickly but a little softer, without the edginess of a distillate high, that can almost make me feel jittery.
Beyond the single varietal hash rosin, they also use real fruit concentrate to flavour their beverages, again sourcing the best quality ingredients that they can find, often using Ontario based produce from a single source (Sheesh is an Ontario based company).
This means that you’re getting a refreshing, tasty beverage that will get you high in the best way possible.
Co-founder Jackie was a past guest on Bite Me and has a background in beverage alcohol and brining new drinks to the market with her work experience with the LCBO (the worlds largest alcohol buyer in the world). Eventually, a back injury led her trying edibles. Needless to say, Jackie did a hard pivot and is now advocating for cannabis as a healthy, hang-over alternative to alcohol, which is attracting more and more people to the cannabis beverage category.
With extensive experience in beverages, she brought Sheesh to life with her business partner Matt and now with 3 flavours of sought-after Sheesh Hash Soda, they’re knocking it out of the park.
Yes, it’s not a zero sugar beverage, something to be mindful of for those concerned about sugar content but if you’re gonna have a great drink, make it count. I tried the Banjorine Dream flavour.
