Not having had a Banana strain in a long time, I was excited to be able to see how this Jungleboy’s Banana cross with the powerful Kush Mints fared. Boasting a high total sum of cannabinoids reading at 33.95%. Upon opening I received a light Kush aroma, accompanied by traits of Skunk, cream and mints, alongside extremely minuscule creamy banana traits. Not really smelling of much in general. The buds were of a medium density and had a typical Jungleboy’s structure. They were a shade of light green, alongside minimal messy rustic pistils, barely visible behind a thick layer of almost white gleaming trichomes.
Upon inhaling my palate was overcome by a faintly sweet, floral Sherbet earthiness alongside light notes of Skunk, chemicals and Kush. This earthy creamy infusion was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light to medium grey, alongside an instantaneous oozing resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean. To conclude, I overall found Banana Mints to deliver a prettty mundane profile, primarily displaying notes of Skunk, cream and faint Kush. Despite the taste being stagnated, it smoked ok, ticking some boxes and with further dialling in, will hopefully be improved and find a place on Jungleboy’s lineup.
