With a majority of the new Cannatique lineup smoking appeasingly well, I was interested to see how the new Cherry Airheadz fared. With the branding referencing a popular American candy.
Upon opening I instantly received a rush of an extremely sugary sweet bubblegum candy and syrup essence, displaying enticing notes of strawberries and cherries, infused with uplifting notes of haze, pine and citrus, complemented by gentle Gelato derived earthy and chemical gassy undertones.
The buds were of a hard density, having a hybrid structure. They were a shade of light to medium green with sporadic hues of purple, alongside short rustic pistils, and covered by a universe of trichomes.
Upon inhaling, my palate was instantly overcome by a pungent earthy and spicy chemical Gelato gas, equally infused with a sour lemon and sugary sweet candy essence, delivering notes of cherries and strawberries complemented by refreshing notes of haze and piney citrus.
This pleasant blend of flavours were retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of medium to light silver, alongside an oozing and dripping resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean.
To conclude, with any Platinum LCG cross never ceasing to impress, Cherry Airheadz was guaranteed to perform well. It ticked a lot of boxes and with some further dialling in, will easily hold on to a spot on Cannatique’s ever growing lineup.
