The first thing I notice with Ice Cream, is that it immediately alleviates physical chronic pain. Stretching is easier, breaths are slow and deep, movement isn’t as restricted. Guys, I don’t know about you, but I’m constantly sitting at the desk since quarantine started and my posture isn’t the greatest.😖⠀

There’s an overall synergy with the body. Habitual tasks are completed at a “Unconscious Competence” level 🧘🏽♀️⠀

Capillaries open up allowing additional blood to flow into different areas of the brain 🧠. This lights up once derelict parts of the mind, starved and unused, now engorged enhancing your abilities. ⠀

Noticing a major improvement in hand-eye coordination. Performing a motor task is intuitive and as if second nature.⠀

I can imagine any activity requiring a moderate level of concentration to be performed with a high level of precision and focus. The state of flow is easily attained with this strain. ⠀
Mild euphoria is present, but I would not place this strain in any category close to psychoactive. There are no heavy sedation effects either.⠀

Ice cream is great for relaxing during a massage session, clearing the mind with meditation, to even improving your track time by hitting every apex on a go-kart track. ⠀
