MAC Breath Strain Review (Jelly Breath x MAC)

Bag appeal is off the charts with this one, with the potency to back it up! Crazy frosty, and very sticky. This one definitely puts some resistance on the grinder, and it has the softness of a well cured and dried flower. It smells like a peppery, fruity biscuit – very similar to jelly breath. It tastes similar to jelly breath (slightly fruity dosidos terps) with a hint of sweet vanilla cookies on the back end. I do wish it had more MAC terps, but it scores very well in looks and potency, so maybe my bar is set too high. I love the hybrid high of this strain. The terps might be heavily jelly breath dominant, but the effects feel much more evenly split between the jelly breath and mac parents. It still feels 60/40 indica hybrid though, and not completely 50/50. It feels very much like the mood lifting, trippy, creative mac head pressure quickly followed by a heavy relaxation that feels a lot like dosido. As a hybrid lover, I like this better than jelly breath. This is a pretty new strain so I’m sure there’s room for growers to dial it in. But even for a first time run on these genetics, it’s already my favorite “breath” strain among the four I’ve tried. Check out more of my reviews @dcent_reviews on Instagram!
