Appearance: My jar had some medium sized danky frosted purple nuggets of goodness. Pistils are thick and orange and reminiscent of some kind of yarn. There’s bits of green poking through but not much. The resin is sticky with this one even 5 months after it was packaged which really surprised me. I even got some stringing still when I pulled apart one of the bigger nugs. All in all is looks like some proper biscotti. It’s been around for forever and a day so we all should know what is by now.
Aroma: One of my older homies mixed up some Biscotti clones into a tray of Bacio years back and the only way we could differentiate was the stem rub. This biscotti smells exactly like that. Straight up burnt tire rubber 93 octane gasoline and some snickerdoodle cookie on the backend. When I dig deeper in the profile I get more citrusy and pinene scents. There’s some slight lemon zest going on but the main players in this one are the cinnamon sugar and and that gassy rubber that smells like a showroom in a big O tires.
Flavor/Smokeability: strong cinnamon on the front end of the palate. That’s followed pretty quickly by some some Pinsol floor cleaner that coats the mouth a little bit. At the end I’m picking up some of that rubber but it transitions into almost a fruity cereal type of flavor but just a hint.
The ash burns nice and clean, and it’s pretty moderately drippy with the resin ring. Not harsh at all has some decent expansion to it but no coughs. It has great flavor right to the end of the joint. That’s what I love about this strain the flavor doesn’t call it quits halfway through she just keeps on trucking.
Effect: This one is perfect for lazy days. After a full joint of this all I want to do is turn into that puddle person in the couch from those old dare commercials. It’s still early in the morning but after this I just feel like going back to bed but I have kids so that’s just some kind of fantasy. 😂
It’s definitely good for relaxing enjoying some music or even playing some some video games on the switch. This gal
Has some legs. Usually I start feeling it lighten up after about an hour but it’s just still there. If you want to relax and watch some movies biscotti will be your best friend.
Overall: This is one of my all time favorites when done right and this one definitely was. This came from my family’s facility so I know exactly what inputs were used plus how and who it was grown by. It definitely makes a difference when you know that context. Called Biscotti played out if you want but I still enjoy it a lot. If you see it on the shelf don’t hesitate because she will definitely treat you right.
