Strain Review: Z Wagon by Johnny Dankco
Z Wagon Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review
SMELL: 8.6/10 FLAVOUR: 7.9/10 SMOOTHNESS: 8.1/10 ASH APPEARANCE: 8.6/10 STRENGTH: 9/10 OVERALL SMOKE: 7.9/10 With this recent rendition of Zkittlez by Johnny Dankco making its rounds the UK, I was interested in seeing how it performed to the markets many others. With the eye catching branding being a play on the popular high end Mercedes luxury G Wagon vehicle. Upon opening I instantly received a familiar but subtle Zkittles aroma, displaying floral and sweet candy notes of primarily cherries and papaya with hints of grapefruit, complemented by creamy vanilla and mint undertones. The buds were of a medium to hard density, having both a boulder and Zkittles influenced structure. They were a shade of light green, alongside short messy rustic brown pistils, moderately covered in trichomes. Upon inhaling my palate was overcome by a creamy earthiness, with light traits of vanilla and caramelised onions, complemented by faintly sweet notes of cherries, papaya and zesty grapefruit. The taste of this mildly sweet earthiness was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of medium to light silver, alongside an instantaneous dripping resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean. To conclude, although I found Z Wagon to deliver an pleasant familiar taste of Zkittles, the anticipated sweetness was subdued slightly more than expected, with a slight dryness noted which hindered the overall taste. Despite this downside it still smoked well and ticked a fair amount of boxes. With some further dialling in required, Z Wagon will be a solid staple to Johnny Dankco’s lineup.True & unbiased topshelf Cali flower reviews.
