With this being a collaboration between Zaba Cannabis and Chronic Roots, I was interested to see how their rendition of this enjoyable infusion fared. With the branding being a play on suds, referencing both the Zoap and Zkittlez lineage, arriving in jars packed neatly in a box. Upon opening I was instantly greeted by a sweet rendition of Zoap, displaying floral and Sherbet overtones, alongside sweet notes of guava and cherry. The buds were of a hard density and had a hybrid structure, exhibiting more of a Zoap appearance. They were a shade of light green with sporadic pink guts, alongside short rustic pistils and showered in trichomes.

Upon inhaling my palate was instantly overcome by notes translating from the smell, delivering a Zoap dominant floral and Sherbet influenced earthiness, infused with cream, guava, strawberries and cherries. The taste of this sweetened Zoap was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light grey, alongside an oozing resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean. To conclude, I overall found Zuds to deliver its lineage effectively, with the sweetenec taste leaning slightly towards the Zoap side. Cultivated with the same genetics, I found Sea Biscuit has a slight edge, however Zuds is definitely a strong competitor, ticking most boxes and smoking pleasantly well. With minimal dialling in required, Zuds will remain a strong staple of both brands.
