Grumpy Tiger Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review
How did the Grumpy Tiger strain name come about? That was one of the first questions that popped into my head. Mike happily told me that it came to him a while ago and was a name he had been waiting to drop on a worthy plant. All of Wood Wide’s stuff is grown from seed and the phenotypes are hunted by Mike. Pheno hunting is an art and he’s been at it for two decades. The result is a cultivar like this. Wood Wide Farm’s Grumpy Tiger is a tumultuous blend of herbs and spices with a deep earthy tone. Kind of like a skunk ate only mi goreng sauce packets for a month then sprayed a calamansi tree. The flower was well trimmed and the brown pistils almost looked like tiger stripes on the green tiger of a nug. The high was a mix of floating and the opposite of grumpy. My body was relaxed – the intolerable heatwave was more bearable – and I retreated back into the jungle to plot my next move. There’s powerful inertia behind this with zero racy feelings but hella energy. Like hella energy. My fingers are flying across the keyboard.
