Having thoroughly enjoyed the last two strains from Zourzop, I was excited to see how both their Lemon Cherry Gelato and Zkittles combined fared. Upon opening I was instantly greeted by refreshing exotic candy and citrus notes, consisting of sour fizzy lemons, pine, citrusy grapefruit and sweet cherries, alongside undertones of an earthy and creamy Gelato influenced gas. The buds were of a medium to hard density, having a hybrid structure.
They were a shade of medium to light green, alongside messy rustic pistils and absolutely covered in a thick, almost white layer of trichomes. Upon inhaling my palate was instantly overcome by notes translating from the smell, delivering dominant notes of sour lemony citrus, alongside a candy enriched earthy and creamy Gelato gas complemented by an exotic grapefruit backend.
The taste of this citrusy, mildly sweet exotic Gelato gas was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced soft ash being a shade of medium to light grey, alongside an instantaneous dripping and oozing resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean.
To conclude, I overall found Zopadilla to deliver a perfect infusion of two classic candy strains. The sour lemon, sweet candy and exotic grapefruit profiles complement each other perfectly, resulting in an uplifting and tasty enjoyable finish. It smoked pleasantly well, ticking most boxes and with minimal dialling in required, will remain a strong candy staple of the Zourzop lineup.
