From thoroughly enjoying Bakers Man #1 from 2021, I was excited to see how this recent undisclosed phenotype fared in comparison. Boasting a modestly high 36.21% total sum of cannabinoids.
Upon opening I instantly received the scent of a refreshing infusion of mints and cream with light traits of cake and Cookies, unfortunately lacking some memorable pastry and dough traits as previously noted from another phenotype.
The buds were of a hard density and had both a typical Jungleboys and foxtail structure. They were a shade of light to medium green, alongside fiery thick rustic pistils, and absolutely drenched in trichomes. Upon inhaling my palate was instantly overcome by notes translating from the smell, delivering an extremely refreshing creamy and minty dominant infusion, alongside mildly sweet and earthy undertones of cake, cookies and Kush.
The taste of this refreshing earthiness was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light grey, alongside an instantaneous visible resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean.
To conclude, although I much preferred a previous 2021 #1 phenotype of Bakers Man, which displayed enjoyable sweet dough, pastry and cake traits, I found this particular batch to still smoke pleasantly well, with it primarily exhibiting its refreshing Kush Mints and Cookies lineage. This refreshing minty infusion ticked most boxes, and will remain a great staple of Jungleboy’s lineup, especially for enthusiasts of Kush Mints derived strains.
