Appearance: I found this rosin to be pretty darn white! After the whip it’s a little blondish but still on the lighter side. The consistency is a bit more saucy but I personally love that and as long as you have a heated dab tool it doesn’t really matter. I always love the presentation of havehash’s jars. They’re a pain to cut into but each one is a unique work of art and this one was no exception.
Aroma: This rosin has explosive tangy fruity Z terps just jumping out of the jar. My nose doesn’t even have to be near it because it just invades your nostrils within a certain radius of the open jar. The fruits the stand out to me are key lime, tart cherry, pineapple, plantain, Meyer lemon and even a little bit of melon. If you like fruity terps this is right up your ally. It’s pretty strong right out the fridge but after leaving it out at room temperature for a bit and whipping it the whole profile comes alive.
Taste: The flavor comes through heavy on the sweet maraschino cherry and some syrupy pineapple. It’s both tangy, tart and sweet. The lemon/lime essence comes through afterwards. The vapor itself is pretty expansive, it lets you know it’s there without busting your lungs. It’s sweet candy with a little bit of a bite. Not bad at all! It stains the palate a bit and at the end there’s kind of a cantaloupe
Effect: This surprised me with how heavy it hit me. I thought based by the name this was going to be more a daytime kind of hybrid. I was dead ass wrong. This strain is the opposite of motivating unless that motivation is to sleep and eat copious quantities of whatever food is within reach. It’s got some physically relaxing aspects to it but it also has some pressure that could make some people get a tad anxious if they’re not super tolerant to solventless extracts. This one lasted pretty close to the two hour mark in terms of duration.
Overall: I’ve been on a havehash kick and this one is another banger on the tier 2 menu. The Raspberry Bellini is a recent favorite but I almost like this one just as much. I just wish they came in 2g jars. Keep up the good work. 🦾
