Gary Fumez #21 Cannabis Cultivar (“Strain”) Review
Gary fumes. The first thing you smell when cracking the jar is a creamy gas, with notes of candy and diesel in the background, giving it a skunky aroma. When inhaling, you get notes of skunk, diesel, and cream, with undertones of candy and some floral sweetness in the background. On the exhale, you get an earthy flavor with undertones of lavender, though not as sweet.
The more you smoke, the creamier and sweeter it gets; the gas is still present but more subtle. It burns cleanly with white ash, making it super smooth and enjoyable to smoke. The high is slightly heavy with some euphoria. Your eyes start to feel heavy, and your body begins to relax, with some slight pressure in the head that feels spacey and somewhat dissociative. After a while, it becomes sedating.
If you’re tired, it will put you to sleep. It’s a good mid-day or nighttime strain that encourages you to take a step back, relax, and enjoy the experience. When I first saw this strain, I knew from the crosses alone that it would be worth smoking. I assume the crosses are Gary Payton and Candy Fumes I’m glad I got to try it; it was an enjoyable smoke. Rating: 8/10.
