Mango Nigerian Cough Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review

@its_tonegrown is an upstate NY cultivator who loves working with old school genetics like Purple Punch & Haze, OGs, Gartland X . I had the opportunity to try Mango Nigerian Cough , a strain they bred. Initially, the appeal wasn’t the most flamboyant; it reminded me of landrace and Afghan strains. I also had it stashed for almost a year, which might have influenced its characteristics. The aroma of Mango Nigerian Cough is earthy, with hints of pinene, soil, and an old musky basement odor. On the palate, it brings out a slight fruity cider, skunk, and oak woodsy flavors, blending well with the smell. The effects were a medium level cerebral high and a mid-level body high. This cultivar kept me super active throughout my workday, making it perfect for a wake and bake session. The high lasted for about 2 hours, providing a pleasant experience all day long. Regarding the ash report, it came in at 50/50, indicating more salt than pepper. While the inhale and exhale could have been smoother, the overall smoking experience was still reasonable. Mango Nigerian Cough’s main highlight lies in its high and taste, catering to the preferences of Haze lovers. I would love to see a recent version of this cultivar to witness its potential even further.
