Cultivar Review: Nimbus Snacks by Sol Spirit Farm
When @elev8edganjier brought this sample to the Mendo Cup a few weeks back, Nimbus Snacks was completely unknown to us, but it’s so visually and aromatically captivating that we had to dig deeper. Friends, that was a good call!

Nimbus Snacks Cannabis Cultivar (“Strain”) Review
Appearance. These nugs feature dramatic, dark shades of green, purple & orange. Trichomes are abundant, intact and well protected by thoughtful trimming. The tactile quality is also really nice for those who like to roll by hand.
Aroma: There’s good complexity and then there’s this: over 15 specific aromas made our notes. Pink grapefruit, Sharpie, rain-scented laundry detergent, pine, earth, paint thinner, grape bubblegum, diesel, nutmeg, allspice, lemon, menthol, tea tree til & orange peel all show up between the jar and grind.
Flavor: The flavor score is even higher! The complexity, intensity and burn quality are all very high. The dry hit carries tea tree, menthol, lime, orange peel, sweet dough, dust & pine. Nectarine, rubber, rose perfume and apricot join once it’s burning. Fresh mint, wood, forest mulch, mandarin and mango come in about midway and stay through the end. It’s a fun ride start to finish.
Experience: It hits with moderate + intensity rather quickly. From an effects standpoint, this is very balanced from head to toe. The mind is clear, while the body is chilling. It’s the kind of thing that would be appropriate for lots of different situations, very easy to “layer” to the desired intensity and provides a fantastic consumptive experience.
