Strawberry Pie Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review
Strawberry Pie has gorgeous visual appeal. The coloration is a vivid mix of various greens, light to dark, contrasted by warm, sandstone-orange pistil fibers. The foliage has the most subtle touch of deep purple that bleeds into the tips of the leaves, but the flower has a mostly classic green sheen. An abundant amount of trichomes enwrap each bud, appearing almost fuzzy from the volume and length of the stalks 😍 The nose on the SP is magnificent. A tidal wave of fresh strawberries, white grape, and sparkling champagne floods the senses with the first whiff. The scent is a vivacious fruit medley with a creamy, green banana-tinted undertone and a muted herbal backend. Breaking the flower down introduces hints of freshly baked pastry dough, and the overall aroma reminds me of strawberry syrup and champagne 🍓 The taste on the SP might be even more vibrant and layered than the fragrance. Magnitudes of strawberry, banana, and sweetened dough blend together with a dry undertone of vanilla cream. As the flower burns, authentic notes of grape and blackberries coalesce, melding into this stimulating fruit compote flavor. The taste reminds me of a fruit turnover that’s been lightly fried in puff pastry. The flower has an earthy and doughy aftertaste with a hint of sweetened fruit 🍌 The effect on SP is remarkable. It begins with a pleasant feeling of cerebral stimulation and light cognitive disorientation. The heaviness of the smoke comes on a little bit later, generating moderate couch lock and drooping the eyelids. The flower is soft, somewhat fluffy, and produces a prominent amount of powdery kief that covers the bottom of the grinder after only a couple nugs. It burns flawlessly and slowly all the way down 😶🌫️ All in all, the Strawberry Pie is a phenomenal cultivar. It has a classic green color scheme, a delectable, multilayered fruit presentation, and a high that slaps harder than anticipated. I haven’t had a whole lot of flower from Boring, but I’ve been consistently impressed with the unique flavor profiles and expressions they’re putting out. Outstanding work 🔥Check out more reviews by @pnw_chronic on Instagram! (www.instagram.com/pnw_chronic)
