Mfg/package date: 06/30/2023 THC content: 73.2% Sum of Cannabinoids: 90.6% Appearance: This is just some really beautiful rosin. It’s straight up pearlescent in the light. No real yellow hues to speak of this gal is straight albino. It looks like the gushmints rosin I had earlier in the year from the homies up in trinity. Texture is super workable. Not really wet at all but not overly dry either. It just hasn’t stuck to my fingers like the other rosin I have currently. I was able to flatten the gram blob I have with my thumb into a flatter patty. This would be perfect for rolling snakes with for hash hole purposes. 🐍 Aroma: This one smells really complex honestly. There’s a lot going on at once so it was kind of hard for me to which was the main stand out in the profile at first. It has a mentholated powdered sugar smell with just a hint of rubber and gas at the end. ⛽️ underneath that I’m getting some strong pinene fresh forest smells. There’s some earthy notes to it that remind me of pine needles decomposing on the forest floor. Not a rotting smell but more a sweet piney soil aspect to it if that makes sense. This scent really reminds me of the gushmints I had but just a tad more complex. I really enjoy it. 🔥 Flavor/Smokeability: This rosin produces nice thick vapor that actually has a mouthfeel to it believe or not. It comes on strong with potent essences of conifer loamy sweet soil and powdered sugar. It has distinct gassiness that intermingles just as strongly with the pine flavors. I’m not really picking up any fruit in this one at all which is actually kind of nice. It’s almost the opposite profile to the other rosin I currently have. Underneath this piney gas pow wow there’s a subtle rubber type of thing going on. The flavor finishes with a little bit of bitterness of the back of my tongue. It’s almost reminds me of gin. Not an unpleasant flavor at all in fact I really enjoy it. Seems like the flavor would complement cold weather. Moderate expansion with this. Not harsh but she’ll let you know she’s there. Effect: The buzz on this one is definitely heavy. It makes my eyes droop pretty much instantly. If I had a better rig I bet this one would make my forehead sweat. I already had lunch and I feel like I could definitely drift off to sleep with this one midday if I went at it hard enough. 😂 Aside from that my muscles in my lower back feel really relaxed. I’ve been running errands all morning and I’ve been kind of achey but I’m certainly not feeling it now. My state of mind is peaceful and all I really want to do is either chill and watch a movie or possibly play some Mario kart if I can do so without waking my kids up. This is better suited for lazy weekends or after work. I wouldn’t want to try and focus on anything important after dabbing a lot of this rosin. Overall: I’m always impressed with anything Kalya puts out. This is one of the newer TOP SECRET alien labs rosin drops which I assume are their R&D phenos they’re trying out to the market. I really liked it. Nothing about this rosin really screamed candy or fruit at all which is a really uncommon thing to encounter these days. I love to have a good range of flavors so having this as an option in my fridge is really nice. 🤙
