Appearance: We’ve noticed #oregrown making big steps in appearance, and this was probably the prettiest badder we’d seen from them when we got it. This little dollop of translucent applesauce is clear, clean and glistens in the light. The white jar was a good call. At room temp, it’s got the consistency of cake batter; soft, slightly sticky and easy to work with. Home run.
Aroma: A respectable level of complexity starts with citrus and spice. Lemons and limes mingle with white pepper and a savory note reminiscent of fried chicken skin. There’s also floral perfume and a brown sugar sweetness to it. Fruit/Earth/Floral/Sweet
Flavor: We found the best results under 500 degrees. 450-475 is a good place to start your own research. You may note Pine-Sol, fresh cut melon, floral perfume and pickled ginger with watermelon and strawberry Jolly Ranchers on the edges. The intensity and longevity of flavor are both notable as well. Experience: Who doesn’t like an active, clear mind with full body relaxation? That’s what we loved about this. Moderate-plus intensity allows you to layer a little before getting completely tatered. We like it for hanging out and the very chill, happy vibes it brings.
