Rising Trichomes Moonbow Rosin Review

Appeal: 9.4/10 Freshly opening the jar shows nice honey mustard golden color w/ white freckles suspended in the moist, waxy, buddery surface. Upon warming up & areating the surface it reveals it’s super wet & saucy but is thick whipped into goopy cake batter consistency that scoops w/ a long stretching drip. Aroma Profile: 9.2/10 Nose Volume: 9.6/10 This Moonbows profile has more zkittlez candy than it does complex funky gases. It also has a super old school minty-pine overtone to the candy funky base, with a good amount of sugary citrus sweetness, candy, purple berry florals, & an intense sweetNSour honey to it. It has the doughy nutty cookie terps & chem diesel dosi-bourbon-funk wrapping it all together as a primary undertone with some gassy kush behind it. It’s pretty damn loud from start to finish. V: 9.5/10 F: 9.3/10 B: 9.5/10 The Vapor has a lot more Zkittlez than I expected, it’s super sugary, with lemon-grapefruit & pungent zesty lime salt zkittley candy citrus with a surprising amount of cheesy orange citrus haze behind the sweetNsour honey & grape/lavender florals freezer burn- the doughy nutty funky gassy diesel bourbon terps again make the undertone, exerting little hints of ‘southern-chem’ behind its funky cookie gas & herbal spices. The old school minty pine was not as present as it was in the nose- but the dosi gassy funk is more present here, but not quite like the M112 from DB. . The Vapor was damn smooth, but also had an impressive gassy pungency offering medium strength expando lung. The oil retained a full 2 min 3dxl sesh at 483* max Vapor + a 15*/15s boost. The oil burned to a clean golden residue that cleaned up effortlessly with 1.5 qtip. Effects: 8.4/10 Potency: 9.3/10 It hits with a hardcore onset with intense focus & increased heart rate, with a nice cloudy bake behind the eyes. Uplifting, & energizing with a small amount of initial anxiety, but as time goes on a glowing ball of calming euphoria spreads in the chest & offers a toasty mental bake for 2.5 hours. Overall: 9.43/10 A righteously solid jar with HIGH vapor performance & a great loud nose. Mendojas moonbow cut has a lot of zkittlez candy dominance to it, with dosi undertones, which is what I thought I would always prefer, but having this makes me grow even more love for the @dammit_bobby_ cut and it’s complexity of unique gasses for the dominant terps, but nonetheless, this representation is pretty damn solid, no complaints at all, the effects are a little tense with focus at first but you can channel it for productivity & motivation, & then the euphoric bake does eventually settle in for a medium strength bake that introduces itself With a unique glowing warm ball that washes over the intensity like the drop of a roller coaster. The ticket in this jar was super righteous from @macknterpz , and the terps/performance outshined that ticket by a dub or 2. The appeal was really moist and saucy which sometimes I like a little more stability to it but it did stay fresh long term and pumped its terps with consistent volume til the finale. Leaving it out the fridge & exposed to air for periodic durations helped stabilize the wet n juicy rosin into a thick, buddery, waxy, soft/stretchy batter. Leaving out long term sealed or letting it sit in your pocket for an hour increases viscosity heavily, almost liquidated and causes a half/half separation of thin rosin & thinner terps, whipping it brings it back to thick creamy rosin but settles into a melted goop almost instantly and has a Bright mustard gold color after working it over. The jar was zkittles dominant with dosi undertones, which is what I previously always wanted in my moonbows but ever since having the @dammit__bobby_ m112 breeder cut version I’m really dying for them complex vulgar gases to be dominating the profile whereas all the other many versions of it seem to only have a partial representation of that epic southern sour chem gas. But the candy dominance was really nice for a zkittlez lover such as myself. Great rosin, terps, & Vapor, with good effects, & solid potency. I Will be getting more @risingtrichomes for review soon!
