Hash Review: Papaya Fresca Rosin by Hungry Plays

The jar opens to reveal a creamy apricot colored mound of rubbery buddery cold cure rosin, w/ a smooth surface texture that later develops a squishy juicy melt to the left over slab of rosin. The rosin has a clear coating of wetness covering its amber tan overtones, orange undertones, & surrounding its creamy white swirls. The Nose is fairly loud, releasing pleasant candy papaya terps.
The tropical, excessively sweetNfruity kind made of diced pineapples & syrupy (peach) fruit salad terps, w/ a skunky cheesy orange citrus haze as the primary backing to the papaya. I love my papaya terps in this sweet candy fruit salad fashion, compared to others that are a lot more raunchy & fermented. Behind this tropical candy papaya profile is a crisp, slightly fizzy (but juicy) carbonated melon soda profile, with a hint of spearmint freshness w/ an earthy sour musk wrapping it all together.
This carbonated melon soda background is unique to say the least, and really adds an unfamiliar complexity to my preferred candy papaya sweetness that’s in the dominant position. Deeper exploration of the nose terps reveals some flowery pink florals, a pinch of that raunchy fermented foot funk, & a slight whiff of pine & lemon citrus. The vapor was really smooth at low temps, but at higher temps had a tiny touch of throatiness.
The flavor strength was moderately strong, coating the mouth in that candy pineapple-papaya- peach tropicals w/ its bubbly melon-soda spearmint carbonation taking the back of the palate & the inhale but while also leaving the strongest aftertaste (along with the earthy sour musk). The exhale was filled w/ hazey pineapple peachy tropicals w/ an herbal zesty spicey layer that brings out the hazey orange citrus & some lemon fuel. The mostly clean vapor had mild expando lung pressure w/ a clean melt & cash out.
The effects were moderate strength, with effects that were mostly relaxing with a slight social euphoria lasting 2hours off a glob. Pretty solid fire, no complaints at all.
