Strawberry Jam Jam Fresh Press Live Rosin Review

THC content: 65.43% Sum of Cannabinoids: 74.30% Appearance: This stuff just looks like a frozen puddle of pure golden honey. 🍯Very light in color in the sunlight. The fresh press from papa’s select is pretty much always a knockout in visual aesthetic and this one is no different. This rosin was so translucent that it made prisms of golden light shine at the edge of the glass container. This is pretty much the epitome of eye candy. You show this off to any of the homies and they’re gonna be mad jealous if they know what’s what because this stuff is just gawgeous. 👀 Aroma: Like it’s namesake implies you get hit with a sweet sugary strawberry preserves. Like the ones you’d see sit in tables at ihop but like one of fresher containers containers of said jam. 🫙 Aside from that there’s a layer of blueberry syrup and mild citrus and spices. Honestly the nose on this is hard to evoke for me. I had to leave it out at room temperature for an hour just to get this level of complexity. It just seems to be the case more often than not that the nose on fresh press is a bit more muted but it makes up for it in other categories. Taste: At first this comes across like a fresh strawberry field. 🍓 After that it’s more of a Concord grape 🍇 with some creamy vanilla and even kind of a hint of Granny Smith apple. 🍏 Obviously there’s a lot of fruitiness with this one as to be expected, It does however have a more piney dimension to the terpene profile that gives a good contrast. What I like about this the most is the longevity of the flavor in this ceramic vape I use a lot. It just stays as potent and tasty for as long as you want to keep ripping it which is a lot in my case. Effect: this one kind of hit me like I stumbled onto the rails on the Amtrak. 🚊 I would certainly qualify this as a good heavy cerebral type of buzz. It does give me some killer munchies, I know there’s lemon skunk in the lineage and I feel it in the effect. It’s wild and stimulating while being heavy and narcotic at the same time and I just really enjoy it. It gives me that kind of mental pressure I used to get from more sativa varietals when I was a youngster that just settles in and does not go away for a long time. That said it is also effective for physical ailments. My shoulder has felt kind of strained all day but after puffing on this a while I barely even notice it. Maybe it’s just because I took so much for the review but I really feel that I’m going to sleep well tonight. I guess you could attribute that to that purple punch in the genetics. It’s a very well rounded high but definitely a very strong effect. If you partake as much as I did for the review everyone’s gonna know about it. Overall: Every time I try something new from Papa’s select I think I’ve hit their top tier but I think this might be one of the best ones I’ve had from them ever. A5 certified Kobe beef my friend. I got this for a steal because of the holiday and I’m glad I chose this one to grab because it’s just the definition of head-stash.
