Jesus Shuttleworth Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review

Never having had Blueprint’s mystery strain Jesus Shuttlesworth before, I was interested to see how it fared. With the branding referencing a fictional character from a basketball based movie, He Got Game. Upon opening, I instantly received a floral sherbet earthiness displaying notes of Gelato, complemented by an aromatic infusion of sourly citrus grapes infused with blueberries and cherries. The buds were of a medium to hard density and had a hybrid structure. They were a shade of medium green with hues of purple, harbouring attractive pink and violet guts, barely visible behind an almost white thick layer of shining trichomes, alongside hardly existent rustic pistils.

Upon inhaling, my palate was instantly overcome by floral and creamy sherbet overtones, with notes of blueberries and distant oranges, complemented by an earthy backend, with remnants familiar to a gassy infused Cookies N Cream lineage. The taste of this gassy floral creamy sherbet was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light to medium grey, alongside a resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean.

To conclude, although probably my least favourite from Blueprint so far, I overall found Jesus Shuttlesworth to deliver a unique profile, possibly being an infusion of a distant Cookies N Cream lineage with a potential Runtz or Gelato. With some further dialling in required, JS can remain a distinctive staple of Blueprint’s lineup, catering to those who enjoy subdued Cookies N Cream profiles.
