I’ve been waiting since its announcement in November but it was postponed until the recent drop. What caught my eye is the terp range.. a min of 4% combined with 25% THC. EastCann is a Nova Scotian craft outfit who gained experience on the West coast and brought it home to grow with cannaseurs in mind. They source top-tier genetics and grow them into quads
Crack the lid and you’re encompassed by sweet creamy berry vibes from the amazing freshness and 5% terps. It ground to the perfect fluffy texture only achieved by the perfect cure. I was disappointed by my nug selection with about a gram of popcorn. They were whole buds but reviews show some cans with single nugs.. maybe I just got unlucky. They were covered in golden trichomes and the micro pics show whole heads not only inside but on the outside, showcasing the care in production. On the inhale the taste changes from creamy berries to creamy pine. Maple fudge made with pine sap. Weird but delicious and as intense as 5% terps suggests. It reminded me of the beloved Platinum Grapes from Organnicraft. Where that had a creamy grape taste, this was creamy pine
The high also reminded me of the Grapes. It did not slap with the full 26% THC, but was a creeper. It gave me a great boost in energy which settled into a huge uplift in mood. It was gentle, letting me feel buzzed while remaining productive and able to focus not only on the TV but some work. Anxiety left and my mind doesn’t wander to the negative places but I still have the capacity to write this review. The body relief is profound, but nothing that’s going to glue you to the couch. Overall Crunch Berry Kush is a new favorite. Similar to Platinum Grapes in taste and type of high, but with a more intense buzz. For any flavor chasers, this is a must-try. About half our custies who smell my can end up choosing it. I really hope we get some more offerings from EastCann soon, this is everything I want in my bud 🥛🫐🌲🥰🥰
