Bronson Farms Original Diesel Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review
Dour? yes Batch date: Early June 2023 Rating: 9.8/10 I was going to review the Original Diesel earlier, but good thing I waited because this new batch grown under HPS lights are night & day compared to the previous batches that were grown under LED lights by Bronson. I seen the difference the HPS lights made in comparison to LED lights on Bronson’s Sour Diesel & also because his last batch of Original Diesel grown under LED lights was ALREADY fire so I knew that the new batch of Original Diesel grown under HPS was gunna be super duper fireeee. This new batch is the best Original Diesel I have EVER smoked & it holds its own againts any other SOUR diesels I have smoked SO FAR in my hunt. Honestly, if it improved any more than it is now, it literally would be the 2006 sour. I know thats a very bold statement to make & I know this isnt even technically a “sour” cut but this one checks almost all the boxes. It has that smell that you could smell thru the jar, it is straight petrol diesel & it still has a tiny hint of sweet fruit. I didnt taste any citrus at all which the sour from back in the day had. The taste is just like it smells, its intense with diesel flavor that coats your entire mouth & activates your siliva glands & makes your mouth watery with every hit. The high is more of hybrid than a straight sativa because I did get the energetic sativa high but its not for the weak, I was high for hours. The look on this bud is amazing, the old batch under LED was small circle nugs, this HPS batch is all big fluffy nugs which arent airy but also not too dense, it has the swollen tennis ball calyxes. You cant tell this apart from sour diesel, there is honestly not much difference at all. It has everything that all the sours on the market today are lacking, honestly there is not much room left for improvement. It makes me question if we were really smoking sour back in the day or was it just Original Diesel this whole time & we’ve been hunting thru the wrong strain. Makes u think🤔…but either way, this one is spectacular & a MUST try for any Sour Diesel lover.Piff & Dour
