Sherbanger #22 Strain Review by boofbusters420
Wasn’t a big fan of this strain im hoping to try a more dialed in batch of this bad boy cause of all the great things ive heard about it, but it just didn’t hit my terp pallet the way I would’ve liked it too but overall shit got me cooked after a fat backwoods. I would def recommend this strain to anyone if they want something that packs a punch and the genetics go crazy on this one shouts out to those that made the magic happen.

Having just narrowly missed a few Sherbanger drops in the last year or so, I was finally able to get my hands on some. I’m not sure why the American football player Emitt Smiths name has been associated with this strain, however I’m guessing it is due to the strain being rated a powerhouse in its own right. On opening the pack, a rush of green but sweet apples, with heavy sour blueberry and Diesel notes flew out. The blueberry and Diesel notes were very pungent, reminding me of Chiesel (Cheese x NYC Diesel). The buds were of a perfect density; green with dark purple hues and sporadic rustic hairs amongst a river of trichomes. On the inhale, I was initially greeted by the taste of sweet apples, with an infused sweet but then sour blueberry, this sweet and sour concoction fades away, transcending quickly into a sour dominant Kush, remaining that way on the exhale, with left over sweetness. The joint had a sweating oil ring and a shade of light silver ash. It smoked relatively smooth, burning slightly too hot for my preference; therefore compromising the overall finish. Despite that, as well as not being a huge fan on the smell and taste of apple strains, I surprisingly didn’t mind this flower, it tasted just how it was meant to, and being a taste profile completely different to the Zkittles, Candy and Gelatos that we normally come across, it was something unique. If you are a fan of apple flavours, or like myself; trying new strains in general, then I would recommend to purchase. I also advise experimenting with creating cocktails. I mixed it with Blue Zushi which was pretty tasty. A touch of Zkittles with apples.
