From thoroughly enjoying Kush 4 Breakfast and Johnny Dankco’s White Tahoe Cookies from Archive Seeds, I was excited to be able to put their Zsunami 2.0 to the test. Being an interesting cross of two Zkittles crossbreeds sharing a close entwined lineage. Upon opening I received a subtle infusion of floral, creamy sweet sherbet notes. Consisting of subdued cherries, alongside a floral creamy fizziness, with slightly soapy, nutty and spicy traits. Smelling reminiscent of Rainbow Belts, exhibiting its Moonbow lineage. The buds were of a medium to hard density, having both a hybrid and Zkittles structure. They were a shade of light green with messy rustic pistils, showered in a universe of trichomes. Upon inhaling, my palate was overcome by a complex but subtle blend of notes translating from the smell. Delivering a floral earthy gas with light hints of fuel and peanuts, complemented by a sweet creamy, soapy and fizzy infusion consisting of cherries and subdued grapes with delicate undertones of grapefruit. This creamy sweet earthy gas was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of very light silver, alongside an instantaneous leaking and oozing resinous oil ring, smoking both exceptionally smooth and tasting clean. To conclude, I ultimately found Zsunami 2.0 to be a mild but tasty Zkittles cross, smoking pleasantly well and ticking most boxes. With a little further dialling in, Zsunami 2.0 can be further perfected even more and remain a strong staple to K4B’s lineup.
